With DiSC® you don’t always need to hire a consultant to interpret assessments or conduct training.

It’s easy: find examples of how to customise learning and have fun in your trainings.

Group and facilitator reports

Knowing about your group’s styles and culture can add a lot of value to your workshop. If you have more than three people who complete DiSC assessments, a Group Report can add insight about your participants and the dynamics of the group. You can run these reports yourself, just access your EPIC account.

Supplement for Facilitators

This one-page report provides more detailed data about an Everything DiSC assessment and helps facilitate a richer discussion about a respondent’s DiSC® style, including unexpected items. Unexpected items are assessment items that a respondent rated in a way that isn’t typically associated with his or her DiSC style. It also explains a bit about extra priorities a respondent might have. A bar graph showing scores for each of the eight priority scales is included. Available free in EPIC.
