What happens after you choose your DiSC product?

Administering and scoring the DiSC assessment
The process from purchase to receipt of finalised profiles differs a bit, depending on whether or not you’re ordering an online or paper product.

You have EPIC?

EPIC profile administration screenAs soon as you use or administrate several online assessments per week, it’s more convenient  to open an EPIC account.
Doing so makes your profile admin way more convenient and effective.

Here’s what you can achieve using an online EPIC account:

  1. Purchase EPIC credits.
  2. Send Access Codes to participants.
  3. Send reminders (automatically) from EPIC if necessary.
  4. Print, email or save profile reports (batch functions available).
  5. Run group or comparison reports (insights in group culture).
  6. Archive profiles and reports.

Don't have EPIC?

If you wish to try any DiSC profile before considering certification, or if you are a single person (meaning, not a group), you can order an individual assessment.

If you are a consultant or trainer and would like to use DiSC as one of your tools of choice, there are a lot of advantages to get access to EPIC.

  1. Place your order.
  2. Receive an email from disc-partners.com with your Access Code(s). Please save this message for later.
  3. Scoring is completed electronically immediately after the assessment is completed.
  4. Once you’re through the questionnaire, it will generate a profile in PDF format.
If needed, you can always get back to the site by clicking the link provided in the original email you received.
  5. You may then print, email, or save your profile report as a PDF file. The report will be available online for 30 days.

Classic Paper versionPaper profiles are becoming scarce, but might offer a convenient choice when no other solutions are available to get access to the assessment.
This typically occurs when internet access is unavailable or when people are not familiar with a computer.

  1. Place your order.
  2. Receive paper copies via snail mail, or UPS.
  3. Assessments can be delivered, taken, and scored in person whenever convenient.
Common questions

What is EPIC?

EPIC is the online Everything DiSC profile managment system. This online platofmr helps you managing online delivery of access codes to all different assessments and profiles. It also helps you managing the generation of group reports, comparison reports for large groups, sending reminder emails, and more. On this page you will find more explanations on EPIC.

How should I answer the questions? Should I think about myself in the workplace, in social situations or in general?

Many factors affect a person’s profile results, and the response focus is most likely not a significant one. However, if you’re administering the assessment in a work setting there’s no harm in asking the respondent to answer questions with that setting in mind. Our environment (e.g., at work, at home, with friends) does play an important role in our understanding of DiSC. But the issue is more about how we apply insights gained from profiles, than about how the profiles are constructed from respondents’ answers.

Can my profile change over time?

In general, the average person’s profile tends to stay fairly consistent over time. While small differences in results from one time to the next may occur, major shifts in style are unlikely. However, if it has been two years or more since someone last took the profile, we recommend taking it again to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date information. People who have taken the DiSC Classic and now have the opportunity to take an Everything DiSC assessment will appreciate the newer expanded and targeted profile report.

The blog page DiSC Styles and Age from the Everything DiSC Blog (new window) explains how age influences responses and styles.

Is there a web page I can share with others that explains a little about my DiSC style?
