Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ is a personalised training and learning experience where the participant learns to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalised knowledge of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, the participant discovers an agile approach to interactions at work and learns to navigate outside their comfort zone, enabling them to meet the demands of any situation. During this half-day training, participants will discover their EQ strengths, recognise their EQ potential and commit to personalised strategies to develop their agility. The result: an emotionally intelligent team capable of supporting your growing agile culture.
The research-validated online ASSESSMENT asks participants to respond to behavioural statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine the participant’s instinctive emotional intelligence (EQ). Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant is given specific information to personalise their experience.

The Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profile provides participants with valuable information that enables them to discover an agile approach to interactions in the workplace. In this 26-page customized profile, participants will discover their DiSC style, learn about the instinctive mindsets that shape their responses and interactions, recognize opportunities to go beyond what comes naturally to them, and gain concrete strategies for becoming more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.

The profile is used in practice with the Everything DiSC® AGILE EQ Facilitation Kit, which provides a workshop experience to engage participants and facilitate learning. Through its dynamic and modular design, customisable presentation and videos, your participants gain a deeper understanding of their specific profile and a relevant experience that will inspire the participant to try to implement sustainable behavioural changes.
