Experienced by over 45 million people worldwide, DiSC® is one of today´s most powerful personal growth tools, helping you understand yourself and your behaviour's impact on others.

Organisations adopt common language using DiSC and HR/training professionals tailor training modules, to enable participants experience and rationalise typical business situations, i.e. sales, leadership, customer service or conflict resolution.

DiSC profiles are available in two main product families:ED box

  • DiSC Classic: mainstream (in 25 languages).
  • Everything DiSC: specific applications and training support in workplace/leadership/sales/management (some are available in German, the others in English).DiSC Classic

It is better not to mix and match these two product families with the same group of participants, since the assessments differ and the reports use different language and illustrative techniques.
